Welcome to the ERS Congress Group Registration Platform!
The company or organization requesting a group registration must nominate one group leader who will manage the group booking. It is the sole responsibility of the group leader to distribute all relevant congress information to the group members.
How to Register a Group
1. First, you will need to provide your group information, such as communication details, invoice address, and any additional information required by ERS.
2. On the next page, you can select the group size, participant categories, and any additional items you wish to include for the group.
3. After reviewing the summary page, you will have the option to pay immediately via credit card.
4.Once the form is submitted, you will receive either a pro forma invoice/payment information or a payment confirmation, along with access to your group login.
5.You can then use the group login to enter the names and details of each participant.
